Navi Khabra is a New Jersey State licensed physical therapist who has a master’s degree in physical therapy and is currently pursuing a doctorate. She has outstanding clinical experience in general orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological rehabilitation, industrial rehabilitation, pre & post-surgical care, auto injury rehabilitation, wellness training and injury prevention.
In addition to her experience, she has a passion for sharing her knowledge to communities through workshops and lectures. Along with using academic techniques, she approaches patients with kindness and takes great pride in improving their health. She understands each patient’s lifestyle is different and approaches every scenario differently, with the ultimate goal of patient progress and recovery.
In her free time, she likes to spend quality time with her family especially her 5 year old son. Other hobbies include traveling and shopping.
